terms and conditions

• all items are our personal belongings, preloved but some are new/never been used
• please bear in mind that it is very difficult to capture the exact color of each product. in addition, be aware that the computer monitors can vary on color. therefore, feel free to contact us if you have any questions about the products
• we will allow you to reserve an item for only three days, and we have the right to ask you to put some downpayment for that reservation
• full payment is required before we can process your order. however, you may discuss with us if you would like to make other arrangements.
• we accept bank transfer through maybank or cimb, as well as payment through paypal (please make sure that you have an account with paypal first)
• all sales are final, item(s) purchased are not exchangeable nor refundable
• once your order is finalized, item(s) purchased will be shipped within one to two working days
• your package will be sent by posdaftar (rm 2.20 for up to 0.2 kg, additional charges above 20g), ordinary parcel delivery (rm 7.00 for up to 2 kgs) or poslaju (an average charge of rm 7.00 for 0.5 kg)
• we will inform you of the tracking number through email
• your package should reach you in one or two days, may be longer if you choose posdaftar or ordinary parcel delivery, depending on your location
• we cannot be held responsible once your package is shipped. if you don't receive your package, please contact your local post office of call posline at 1-300-300-300
